  • May €700
  • June €850
  • July/August €1000
  • September €750
  • October to December €550
  • Weekends (off season) €450
  • No weekend bookings May - September (inclusive)
  • Midweek (off season) €450 (3 nights)
  • Bank holiday weekends €650
  • Electricity is metered and is an extra charge
  • Cancellation policy: if cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival date deposit will not be refunded
  • Payment: Bank Transfer (We don't accept credit/debit cards)
  • Please confirm rates and availability prior booking!
  • Check-In: after 4 PM
  • Check-Out: till 10 AM
  • No Parties/No Events
  • One small dog on request
  • Bedlinen included, electricity is charged separately by meter reading
